Know what happens when you send the form

The four steps

This is how every consultation request works on Ponoclearns Med Spa Match.

1. You send a request with your name, email, phone, the service and a short message.
2. We pass your request to a provider in or near Newport Beach.
3. The provider contacts you to set up a consultation at a time that suits you both.
4. At the consultation, a licensed provider decides what is suitable for you, and you decide whether to go ahead.

After you send a request

Your request goes to a provider in or near Newport Beach. The provider is the one who contacts you, by phone, text or email, based on the consent you gave on the form.

When they get in touch, they may ask a few questions about what you are looking for and suggest a time for a consultation. You can accept, ask for another time, or say you are no longer interested. Nothing is booked until you agree to it with the provider.

How your request is passed on

When you send the form, your name, contact details, chosen service and message are passed to a local provider. The provider uses them to get in touch with you about a consultation.

We do not ask for health records, and you should not send them through the form. If you would like to stop being contacted or withdraw your request, the privacy page tells you how.
